Unfortunately I have been apparently having sleep problems on occasion the last couple of weeks, which is far more than usual for me. Typically I sleep like a rock, but I've been tossing and turning and waking up and going back to sleep a few nights a week now.
I think it's just stress.
Oh well.
Of what I can remember from the scattered bits of my dream from last night, there was something about Pokemon, and Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz, and a lightning storm. Some kid was trying to rescue some Dorothy-like character from getting struck by lightning. She was standing on top of his roof and wouldn't come down. She had white hair, a silver dress, and a big blue crystal in the front of the dress, and was glowing blue. He asked her to marry him and she came down, but then he had to protect her from some high school bullies, and they had to keep their marriage a secret.
Then they left and had to go find some Pokemon or something to set things right. The Pokemon Professor was a Pokemon too, some weird looking thing based off a Smeargle. He drove the two kids into my old neighborhood, except there was this big creepy house there now, in between two houses that are actually there. Like this new house had split the land in two and made a plot for itself. There were some electric fence things surrounding the property and it shocked Pokemon if they tried to go through. But since they were in a car they were fine.
Then shiny versions of the 3 Legendary Beasts showed up. They looked back at everyone and then walked off. A few minutes later they came back, but were in human forms, looking kind of like a combination between super heros and boxers.
Then I woke up and went back to sleep.
This second time I was with a friend and we were at a renaissance faire. We had some special amulet which gave us super powers, and Batman was there, and he thought we were bad guys. So we had to fight him to protect ourselves, but he wouldn't listen to us as we tried to explain. He thought that because we were fighting we had something to hide, instead of just wanting not to be beat up.
Somewhere in the fighting we crashed through a window of a nice apartment and a really snooty, thin lady was there. She wanted to keep us and use us as servants because we broke her window. Her actual servant came in. He was a little goblin type creature, vaguely like Kreacher from Harry Potter. He took some hand prints of her really long, thin hands.
Then I woke up again.
That's it for today I guess.
Note to self: Going to sleep in a poor mood does not make for a restful night
